I LOVE COACH

A while ago I noticed my Coach purse had a few snags in the fabric and didn't think much of it. My husband on the other hand was upset that after 7 months of having this purse it already looks bad. I understood as we paid a lot of money for it and it wasn't lasting that long. So My husband made us go to Coach to see if they could repair it. The whole way there I thought they would make me send it away and would have to pay $$ to have it fixed, but to my surprise they didn't put up a fight at all and gave me 2 options! One; exchange for the same purse right then. Two; give me store credit for what that purse was worth! Superior customer service! So I couldnt pass up the option of getting a new Coach and therefore we spent the next 20 min looking for a new purse! I was over the big bag and didnt want 2 shoulder straps so this one was perfect! I love it and love COACH!
